I’ve been in the fitness space since 2015, but movement has been part of my life forever, as a former competitive gymnast and coach. I created The Aligned Body after dealing with chronic health issues and stepping away from the fitness world for a while to make fitness more accessible, supportive, and sustainable for everyone, especially beginners and those with hypermobile bodies. Movement should meet you where you are, not the other way around. I’m especially passionate about bridging the gap between Pilates and strength training, with a focus on stability, alignment, and feeling at home in your body again!

Cydnee has been passionate about fitness for as long as she can remember. Movement has always been more than exercise for her; it’s been an outlet and a way to reconnect with herself.

Over the years, she has learned that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. She believes in finding movement that works with the body, not against it, creating a more supportive and sustainable way to build strength.

Her goal is to inspire others to discover what feels good for them, helping them build strength in a way that feels aligned, empowering, and uniquely their own.
