Pilates x Strength in the Park
A grounded, intentional approach to movement that is built on alignment, stability, and strength.
This outdoor class blends Pilates and strength training to help you reconnect with your body, build a strong foundation, and move in a way that is supportive of your body.
Rather than focusing on intensity, we focus on quality of movement, joint stability, and controlled strength, so you leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and more in tune with your body.
This is a space where all bodies are welcome.
No experience needed, everything is guided and adapted to you.

Class Cancellations & Rescheduling
Because our classes are held outdoors, occasional changes may be necessary.
Weather Policy
Classes will continue as planned in light or mild weather. In the case of rain, unsafe conditions, or extreme weather, class may be rescheduled or canceled. If a class is canceled due to weather, you will be notified in advance and will receive a credit to use toward a future class. No refunds will be provided for weather-related cancellations.
Instructor or Unforeseen Cancellations
In the event that a class needs to be canceled due to instructor illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will receive a credit to use toward a future class. Refunds are not offered for canceled classes.
