The Aligned Body was created for women who feel disconnected from their bodies. Whether you are brand new, returning to fitness after a break, or learning to navigate fitness in a hypermobile body, there is a space for you.

Here, we do things differently. Instead of pushing harder or chasing extremes, we focus on building stability, creating a foundation where your body actually feels supported, and building strength with a safe, holistic approach to fitness.
